Refund and Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

• A parcel opening video is compulsory. The product must be checked on camera in a single, live, unedited video.

• The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video for the return to be approved.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original mode of payment.

• The item must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, and the original price tag must remain attached.

• The return pickup/processing will be completed within 7 days.

• Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned item and complete verification.

• If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp at +919444858179.

• Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
